In 1996, the vision was a very blurry and gray puzzle.  After decades of studying and planning and adding and deleting, Rick is forging ahead and putting the pieces of the puzzle together to  establish a viable industry providing  not only opportunities for Latinos/Hispanics but also for all those who prefer to live and work in Texas.
